*Lifetime Guarantee covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship, regardless of the age of the product, but it does not cover normal wear and tear. Wear and tear is damage that naturally and inevitably occurs as a result of normal use.

The use of reloaded or remanufactured ammunition will void the warranty, due to the unpredictability of the standards (SAMMI/NATO) adhered to, since reloads of poor quality ammunition may not meet (SAMMI/NATO) specifications, may exceed limits, and therefore may be unsafe.

Quality all around
Six days from online order (and TX) to my door (In CA, I opted for 3-day shipping). Polishing on feed ramps looks great, coating is uniform, info appears to be engraved (5.56 NATO 1:7 4150 CMV SR) and other marking (MA DEFENSE) appears to be acid etched. Also a tiny engraving of 34901 .076 below the steel and twist rate info. Dimple looks great, appears to be positioned opposite of gas port and a set screw should make good contact. Rifling looks good (kinda like admiring a vinyl record). Barrel was packed in a plastic cylinder capped at both ends with rubberized caps with foam inserts and barrel was wrapped in a plastic mesh media (I'm thinking to protect finish from surface scratches). Rubber caps were on placed on the barrel extension and muzzle. Plastic tube/barrel were packed in a cardboard box secured with two sections of reinforced packing tape and padded on the inside at both ends with brown packaging paper. This is a big deal for me because the last barrel I bought was simply put in plastic bag and I had a package from Dewey Rods tampered with by a postal employee (they only had a copper staple and one piece of tape securing the box; since the cardboard wasn't torn and the tape wasn't cut cleanly I'm thinking they used a pair of needle nose pliers to bend the staple). Now just waiting for the gas block and tube to get back in stock.
